ZIGS began with a simple question: What if property management didn’t suck?
Combining our experience in real estate development with our background in luxury hospitality, we saw an opportunity to approach management differently.
We created ZIGS for ourselves first, out of frustration with the uninspired management options available. Taking what we’ve learned, ZIGS now manages a curated collection of properties throughout Silver Lake, Echo Park and Northeast Los Angeles.
Our model is grounded in hospitality. Design, detail, and service aren’t extras, they’re the foundation. The result is a property management approach that feels personal and familiar, while also delivering stronger results for owners.
